Stewart Alsop Note

Stewart Alsop - admits that he is biased towards Microsoft. About as shocking as the pope admitting he's catholic. The only amazing thing is that he is given credibility as an unbiased reporter when even he himself admits to being biased.

Of course this is the same biased reporter who feels he must write about Apple (when he admits he is pro-MS), and comments on the NeXT purchase over BeOS (when he admits to being an investor in Be).

Now Alsop also admits that even he is getting nervous about Microsoft.

In a shocking revelation (shocking only to him) -- he admits that MS may be unresponsive to customers needs, and their monopoly status may be a bad thing <gasp>.

Next thing you know, he may realize that the sun is hot, and that the earth is not flat.
